Singer
With a speaking voice that barely rises past conversational levels, it can be a shock at how much force he can put behind his singing. The vocal chords to belt out enough volume to fill a concert hall, he is more comfortable singing for one. Emotion runs deep, but these days he rarely performs and when he does it's for small private groups. Calligraphy, the art of writing, is more a form of courting clients than a craft one would sell on the streets. A delicately written letter or a painted scroll, handed to clients as a parting gift, is most common.

Beautifully written letters as replies to requests and thank you arrangements for the gifts he receives are important in relationships with clients. An artistry of courtship and maintaining the formalities of being requested is a skill he works hard to teach. The imaginary romance elevates the relationship with clients beyond a simple prostitute.

■ "Romance": Paid well, Myym'sae can play the part perfectly. He'll be your +1, your suitor, or your beard. Flowers, poems exalting your virtues, a gentle hand, and a shoulder to lean on. He's very good at his job, and will make you feel incredibly special. So long as you understand it's just business.

■ A Safe Face: If you are an escort, prostitute, sex worker, or streetwalker you'll find a safe space to escape. Walk up and simply act as if you know him and he will immediately understand and play along. His face is well known, so all are welcome to this trick.

A devil on his shoulder, Ryska is not here to stifle the bad habits of the keeper, and openly encourages him. They're the only one who truly knows Myym'sae inside and out.

Adira'an Oraha

It is not uncommon knowledge that Myym'sae is close with the Thavnarian politician. Joined at the hip in their formative years, they had lost contact as time sent them to different parts of the star. Now they work slowly to rekindle the friendship they once held so dear.

looking for

  • Wine buddies: Casual RP regulars are also encouraged and loved! I enjoy having folks I can go to events with or public hubs, with little expectation beyond having fun.

  • Friends: It can be difficult to get past the outer shell with Myym'sae, but continued contact and fun planned encounters are my favorite. I like making new long term RP partners, and developing personal stories. Where we go from there is limitless!

  • Enemies: I require a lot of OOC communication for this, since it takes planning to make two people continue contact despite hating one another. However, expert banter and a back and forth of power can be wonderful RP.

  • One Shots: I don't mind the passing interaction! Even if there isn't anything deeper than a date and tea. Meeting people is part of the fun with Myym'sae. This is also easy for someone who just wants the occasional pick-up RP without any pressure to define a deeper story.

Not Interested

  • Only Angst: Plots with just angst, tourture, and pain without any development or recovery arcs are a strain. Characters need to breathe or they break, and I'm not here for that.

  • Torture for Torture's sake: Physical or mental, it strains the character. Myym'sae is not a combat character, and he doesn't have the fortitude to withstand excessive pressure.

  • Character Destruction: Myym is not here to be ruined by trauma or tragedy, but to grow from it. I'm not out to make him or anyone else's character unplayable.

  • ERP: I don't have any issues with those of you looking for that scene, but it's not for me. Sex work is in Myym'sae's background, and it's part of NPC connections, but as for actual ERP? No thank you.
